Any women who has an interest in personal and professional growth; continued learning; shared experiences; connection; and open, honest, and respectful dialogue in an environment that provides support and builds confidence. We bring together a diverse group of women from Montana’s urban and rural regions. Women who are professional corporate leaders, government administrators, health professionals, educators, full-time stay-at-home mothers, and retired women who never get tired of connection and celebration. We are Democrats, Republicans, independents, and none-of-the-above. Join us!

Convening 2022

October 13-14, 2022:

The Montana Club

Helena, MT

Theme: I Belong

Agenda: See below

Other convening
activities include:

We all know that Montana is a diverse state filled with people who choose to live, work, and play here. There are stories to be told from our fellow Montanans. That’s why we developed Engaging Exchanges as a way to share stories of women who have found success in their profession, community service, and life in general.

Gracious Space is about creating a spirit and a setting that is comfortable in which to have an open dialogue about any subject. A place that offers no judgment, only clear and open minds for learning, collaboration, civility, and wisdom. There are four elements of Gracious Space: spirit, setting, inviting the stranger, and learn in public. Every convening has time dedicated to the practice of Gracious Space.

In our busy lives, we never take enough time to pamper ourselves.  At the event, we bring the spa to you! Take some time to breathe, clear your mind, and center your body.
